GLOBAL Industrial Cleaning Solutions, a leading rail car cleaning company in Pasadena, TX, is seeking an energetic professional to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Director. Compensation commensurate with skills + experience.

Responsibilities will include: · Analyze, plan and implement weekly marketing and sales activity. · Goal is to increase revenue, maintain customers and build new relationships. · Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. · Generate and maintain the proposals and presentations to customers. Requirements: · Self- motivated, creative, and have both excellent verbal and written skills. · Represent GLOBAL ICS in a professional manner. · Must be flexible with the work schedule. · Prior railroad related experience is preferred. · Excellent negotiation skills as related to rail car cleaning pricing.
