Experienced Oil and Gas HSE professional with ability to further implement and grow a strong HSE program in a diverse operating environment with a startup company. Must have the ability to implement PHMSA Operator Qualifications program and the ability to continue the HSE Program development and growth for all Company office, shop and field operations to ensure compliance with:
Company safety standards and guidelines for portfolio companies
• All applicable federal and state OSHA, EPA, DOT and like regulations and reporting requirements including all PHMSA Operator Qualifications program requirements for pipeline construction operator qualification
• Acts as a safety consultant to the Company executive and managerial staff
